Hi! My name is Tyler Ard, and I’m so excited to bring TONE Wellness Studio to Lexington, SC! I discovered Lagree Fitness while searching for a workout that was both challenging and gentle on my joints. I wanted to build strength, define my core, and find a workout that truly transformed both the body and mind, and that’s exactly what Lagree has done for me.

Through deep prayer and guidance from the Lord, the vision for TONE Wellness Studio was placed on my heart, and I knew I had to bring it to life. My goal is to create a space where people feel empowered, challenged, and supported on their fitness journey. I can’t wait for you to experience the joy and challenges of Lagree and become part of the TONE community!

The Lagree Method is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines strength and endurance for a full-body burn. The Lagree Method is designed to help strengthen, tighten, and tone muscles quickly and effectively, all through spring-based tension.

This method focuses on maintaining constant time under tension, ensuring that every movement is held for maximum impact, while quick transitions keep the intensity high. It’s perfect for all fitness levels, even those recovering from injuries, and delivers fast, noticeable results. Although we have fast transitions, we keep all moves in Lagree, slow and controlled. Our goal is to get you shaking!! That means its working!

Our studio is proud to offer the Mega Pro, the latest Megaformer machine on the market. We’re thrilled to be the first and only studio in South Carolina to feature these cutting-edge machines! Using the Megaformer, it targets multiple muscle groups, helping you build strength in just 45 minutes.
